Premier Automotive needed a new garage in Greeneville, and Gardner Construction helped them build a brand new facility. As a full service shop, Premier needed a lot of floorspace to accommodate multiple lifts and plenty of work area for their service technicians. The building features office areas and a lobby for customers to wait and a large epoxy-coated floor garage area for vehicles. We started work in late 2020 and the new Premier Automotive opened its doors in January of 2021.
