Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate is the longest running commercial real estate firm in Rockwall County. They needed a building to match their storied history, and the Mercantile building was the perfect fit. Built in 1893, this three-story historic landmark was in need of a complete overhaul. 

Gardner Construction took the daunting job of retrofitting a 125 year old structure into a modern office building. Keeping as much of the original character of the building was quite the struggle, but the pros at Gardner Construction were able to bring the Mercantile building into the 21st century.
