Gardner Construction just broke ground on an exciting new construction project in Forney, TX! Working with Abide Designs, we’re developing 8.39 acres into 75,000 square feet of flex commercial and industrial space. The business park is will be located at 18514 FM 740 in Forney, TX.

Construction began in Q3 of 2025, with the first phase of construction expected to be completed in mid-2026. While most of the infrastructure will be completed in Phase 1, some additional development and expansion will be completed in Phase 2.
