Eric Gibson was born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and comes from a family with deep roots in entrepreneurship — his family’s Gibson’s Discount Center grew to more than 600 locations nationwide and grossed over $1.3 billion in revenue during the 1960s. Eric began his career in 2009 as an oil and gas ad valorem tax consultant, managing more than 20,000 mineral assets before transitioning into construction and development in 2017. He built his foundation as a Project Manager and Superintendent with Wade Construction Group, then moved into Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative work with Wallace Construction Management, before serving as Vice President of Construction for Leon Multifamily Construction, where he led multifamily development projects totaling over $400 million. Eric holds a BBA in Finance from Abilene Christian University and now brings nearly a decade of construction leadership — and a total project history exceeding $1 billion — to his role as Vice President of Construction at Gardner Construction.
