Gardner Construction built a new industrial park on Highway 276 in Royse City with 10 new industrial and commercial buildings, including our own (former) headquarters! We built eight 50′ buildings facing the highway, with two additional buildings located in the space behind the main thoroughfare. With all the growth in the Fate/Blackland/Royse City area, local businesses were in need of some new space that was conveniently located. We met the need of local business using cost-effective strategies and housing multiple new businesses including Zeus Restoration, The Journey Church, Wicker Plumbing, Valhalla Tattoo Studios, Cool Casa HVAC, and more.

Each building in the industrial park is a standalone 5,000 sq ft structure with office space and garages.
