Gardner Construction is quickly and efficiently building a 60,000 square foot flex space center in Terrell, TX! We broke ground on this project in Q1 of 2025 and have already made great progress. 

This project features 10 individual commercial and light industrial buildings with substantial parking for the store fronts. The two front buildings are 6,000 square-foot buildings with offices, warehouse space, and covered entryways, each set to house 2-4 individual businesses. Behind those, we have two rows of four 6k sqft buildings, each of which can be home to 3-4 businesses. Leasing options are coming soon, so be sure to check back for more informations!
